If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute our final acceptance of that order.

Fyne Designs Inc reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory errors, incorrect product information, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or product availability.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully processed, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled portion of the order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

5. PAYMENT

Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information when making purchases.

Orders may be fulfilled through Fyne Designs Inc warehouses, manufacturers, production partners, suppliers, and third-party fulfillment providers located within the United States or internationally.

Products within the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

Estimated shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, transportation disruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, international processing, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping is also governed by the Fyne Designs Inc Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the Fyne Designs Inc Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise stated on a product page, eligible merchandise generally may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the applicable return requirements are satisfied.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise should be reported to Support@FyneDesigns.com within 7 days of delivery.

Certain merchandise may be designated Final Sale or otherwise excluded from returns where permitted by law.

8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact Support@FyneDesigns.com as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing, production, fulfillment, or shipment.

9. PROMOTIONAL CODES, DISCOUNTS & SPECIAL OFFERS

Promotional codes, coupons, discounts, giveaways, and other special offers may be subject to additional terms.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotional offers cannot be combined.

• Promotional codes have no cash value.

• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

• Promotional offers may expire or be limited to specific products, customers, quantities, or time periods.

• Fyne Designs Inc may cancel or modify promotions where permitted by law, including when errors, fraud, abuse, or technical problems affect the promotion.

10. ACCOUNTS
